We recently launched the Karas Kustoms Fountain K and I'm excited to get to show you more of this pen. The Fountain K is very industrial looking, and I can see it appeal to anyone who's looking for an indestructible pen. These pens are machined here in the USA and can literally be thrown across a parking lot, or run over by a car and still write just fine.
If you are looking for a rugged every day carry fountain pen, look no further than the Karas Kustoms Ink. Don't be confused by the name- the Ink, is in fact, a fountain pen. It comes in 15 varieties of colors/finishes, made of 3 types of material. All feature the same utilitarian/industrial design with swappable grip sections and nib units.

We're extremely excited to introduce a new brand to the lineup here at Goulet Pens! Karas Kustoms, named after founder Bill Karas, was founded back in 2008 in Arizona, and all of their pens and accessories continue to be machined here in the USA. What began as a Kickstarter campaign has now turned into a successful brand of durable rollerballs and fountain pens, all made of solid metal. Each pen comes in locally sourced recycled packaging, and includes cartridges and a converter.

Visconti strikes a chord with their newest pen- the Hall of Music! Available in four gorgeous colors, including the Goulet-exclusive purple, this pen is sure to please music and fountain pen lovers alike. Similar to the Visconti Van Gogh fountain pens, the Hall of Music series features an eighteen-faceted design which enhances the depth of color reflected in the variegated resin. The series includes Graphite Black, Marble Blue, Purple, and Sparkling Burgundy each adorned with a treble clef on the section and a series of notes around the center band. If writing is your forte, you won't want to miss these- only 200 will be made worldwide!
It's been several weeks off, but Brian's back this week with another Goulet Q&A! Today he talks about troubleshooting a bunch of different pens, what's so great about dot pad paper, and how to overcome the hurdles of buying a pen online.

It's always exciting when the Lamy special editions colors are announced! Every year or so Lamy comes out with a new color to offer as a special edition pen. The color is made in limited quantities, so there's no telling exactly how long it will be around. It's no secret that Lamy has come out with lots of different shades of green in the past, but this one is unique with lots of great inks and notebooks to pair with it. The Charged Green Al-Star fountain pen, rollerball, bottled ink and cartridges are expected to be available later this February!
